We do have a few rules however: They must first submit an application and undergo credit and criminal background screenings before they can be added to your lease.
Per the lease agreement, no one else may occupy the apartment for more than seven (7) consecutive days without prior written consent & no more than (2) occasions in any three month period.

Two or three-story apartment buildings with 16 to 24 apartments per building. Each apartment also has a private balcony or patio.

Application & Holding Fees
The following fees are due in full at the time of application and are required in order to reserve an apartment. We will only accept payment by money order for all application and holding fees.
Application Fee: $75 per applicant
Security Deposit: Minimum $299
Holding Fee: n/a
Other One Time Fees
Other Fees needed to lease an apartment may include, but are not limited to: Administrative Fees, Amenity Fees, and Refundable and Non-refundable Pet Fees (see Pet information for more details).
Administrative Fee: $230
Monthly Recurring Charges
We will accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or electronic ACH payments via the self-service Resident Portal.
Rent: Variable, rent per lease agreement.
Water: $17, monthly water charge per occupant.
Basic Cable: $70, monthly cable fee.
> Am I required to have renters insurance?
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Yes. Renters insurance is required for every new apartment lease. Minimum coverage amount required is $25,000 in personal liability coverage. You may use our preferred renters insurance company (visit our Resident Link page for more information), or you may secure coverage with any company you choose. Proof of insurance must be provided upon move-in, listing all residents 18 and over on the policy. Apartment home address and coverage dates must match address and dates on your lease.

You must submit either a copy of your last two paycheck stubs or a copy of your most recent W-2 form.
> What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

Each person must complete an application and will jointly qualify for the apartment. Individual credit scores may influence the required security deposit, or whether application is approved or denied.
If a roommate fails to pass the criminal background check, however, they will not be permitted to live in the apartment.

Yes, we have the ability to offer a flexible range of lease terms to our residents, from 7-12 months. Whatever your needs, we can work with you to find the perfect lease term.

Early termination requires 30 day written notice and you must pay an early termination fee equal to two months’ rent (without the special) and must occupy four months of your current lease.
