Residents come 1st
THANK YOU MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE TEAM!! When I have a maintenance issue, they are always quick to take care of it right away. ... And today when I had questions and concerns and a maintenance request, I called into the office and Beatrice listed and explained everything that they did, causes to what happened and offered solutions/suggestions moving forward. Rent is high and Maintenance is poor
I lived in this community for about four years. Initially, the experience was positive, but things changed when they introduced ... valet trash service and increased the rent by at least 25%. The trash left out for pickup attracted raccoons, which led to them urinating and defecating in the hallways. It took management months to clean up the mess.
