Rent is high and Maintenance is poor
I lived in this community for about four years. Initially, the experience was positive, but things changed when they introduced ... valet trash service and increased the rent by at least 25%. The trash left out for pickup attracted raccoons, which led to them urinating and defecating in the hallways. It took management months to clean up the mess.
